Admin Purchase

Admin Access
You will be granted all access except for superhero access, rcon, slot reservation, and admin immunity. Why? Because those access are obviously aren't for you to handle, only chosen admins will be granted those access. The only commands that you are allowed to use are the commands listed in "amx_help" if you'd type that in the console -- which are the basic access which allows an admin to slap/slay/kick/ban/et cetera... users if they are causing problems to the server.

FAQ
Q: What are some of the access that I can use when I have purchased admin?
A: Just basic access such as slapping, kicking, banning, slaying, more command could be found in the console if you type in "amx_help"

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my admin or level(s)?
A: Most orders will take less than 24 hours, depending on how long and when I have received a payment notification from you. 72 hours will be the MAX wait time, if it has gone passed 72 hours, you may contact me by emailing me and I'll be more than happy to give you a refund if you want a refund.

Q: What is a steam id?
A: A steam id is an id that's assigned to every steam account. My steam id would be STEAM_0:0:698253, it would be in the STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX format. So don't confuse yourself this with your steam login name, because it's not!

Q: How do I find out my steam id?
A: You can easily find out your steam id by saying /steamid in the game, then copy and paste it from your console. (This method can only be done in my servers.) Another way of finding out your steam id is to type status in the console, then look for something that's in a format similar to this next by your name: STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX. (This method can be done in any servers.)

Q: How do I pay you?
A: Through Paypal.

Q: Is paypal the only exception?
A: Yes it is. I don't accept any checks and payments through mail, paypal is the only exception to ensure that the payment will safely get to me.

Q: Can I pay with eCheck?
A: Yes, but please note that you won't receive your levels until the payment has been cleared. This process could take as long as 5 - 7 business days.

Q: Can I buy levels for a friend?
A: Yes. Make sure you include their steam id as well.

Terms of Service
By purchasing admin, you have agreed to the following; if you are caught violating any of the rules, you will be given a warning. With each warning given, your admin will be suspended for one week. You are allow to have a total of three warnings, after that, your admin will be permanently suspended:

• Do not abuse your powers for personal gains.
• Do not ban users without providing an explanation in the forums (Server Bans). Whether it's a 1 minute ban, 30 minutes, etc... You still need to report your bans. Violating this rule will cause your admin to be suspended.
• Give people warnings if they are causing a problem, after several warnings, if they decide to keep it up, kick them.
• Don't constantly change the map unless the whole server agrees with you or if there's a problem on a certain map.
• If you decide to set noclips on yourself or others, make sure the majority of the server agrees with you. You should start a vote and make sure the vote passes, if the majority of the people complains about it, that will be considered as admin abuse.

By purchasing admin, you have agreed that we have the right to take away your admin anytime for any reason(s), but we won't purposely take it away without a justified reason, but this usually won't happen unless you choose to cause problems. Any purchase you make here are not refundable, unless you have not received your admin from us for more than 3 days.

Tips on how to not get reported for admin abusing

• Try to limit yourself on using admin commands.
• Use admin power when you need to.
• If you ban someone, you should provide a reason in the Server Bans forum. Bans without an explanation can potentially be qualify as admin abuse. If this keeps up, your admin privilege will be taken away.
• If you plan on kicking someone for whatever reason (i.e. throwing racial slurs, being disrespectful, ruining the game-play, etc...), start a votekick, if he comes back and continues to do unwanted stuff, then just go right ahead and temporary ban him.
• Remember to post a ban report when you're going to ban someone.
• You may kick anyone for ruining the game in any way, shape, or form.
• Do not change the map right away or when someone request a map change, just start a map vote if you really need to change the map. Only change it when the majority of the server agrees with you.
• Punish people when they are ruining the game-play, such as sky-walking, going off the map, hiding in secret areas outside of the map. Warn them first before punishing them. You may punish them by slapping/slaying them, if they continue to ruin the game play, then kick them. Temporary ban them if they continue to ruin the game.
• Do not give yourself god mode for any reason, if you need to pick a hero, just spectate and pick your heroes there.
• If people ask you to set them on fire, being rocketed, something that falls under the category of punishment, go ahead on do so, although it seems to be pointless, but whatever.
• Do not give anyone god mode for any reason.
• You may set noclip other users if they are somehow stuck, just make sure you unclip them afterward.
• If you see a hacker, be prepare to record a demo as evidence, then permanent ban them instantly, then post a report on your ban to the ban section. Remember that if you have no evidence to prove that a hacker was indeed hacking, the hacker will not receive any punishment.

IP logger, for verification and tracking (Your IP is logged for tracking and verification purpose)
Contacting Paypal to retain customer telephone numbers (You might receive a call)
Email history

In the rare event that a fraudulent order passes our screening process, we will report the fraudulent activities to the appropriate legal authorities and provide those authorities with the necessary information to complete an arrest and prosecution. Your ISP will be notified of your fraudulent activities and they will punish you according to their User Agreement and/or Acceptable User Policies. We might also initiate civil action against you, depending on the amount of money involved with your fraudulent activities. All information supplied to the appropriate authorities will include, but is not limited to purchase history, IP addresses, email history, email IP addresses, customer telephone numbers, and customer addresses associated with paypal.

In other words, if you want to defraud a website, this is not the website to try it!
